Airen was on a diplomatic mission for a few days, came back and found thisthomcrossing, you’re so cruel!

this is why i stopped joking about covering my town with dandelions. i know Thom is a mayor of his word.

lol poor Airen.. i’m sorry but this pic has a Netherlands vibe. add a windmill and Pripyat’s set to make radioactive souvenir postcards!

Never seen someone chopping down trees with such delight as Airen. (He calls them megaweeds and detests them from the bottom of his heart.) We emptied the lower half of Kolk and spent nice ten minutes in the eternal sunshine on Tortimer’s Island as a reward afterwards.

August brought me lots of memories. Desert Bluffs was started during the month of fireworks.

A+ mayoral meetings.

also more damage control.

gotta do some damage control after that 'fashion' screenshot.

Does someone know if TTing as in jumping forward a day at the time (and playing for 30-60 min each day) would prevent the development of dirth paths? I know that TTing heals grass, but does that also apply to such small portions of TTing? So, is it obligatory to play in real time for those? And how much do I have to run around on one day in general to cause grass deterioration?

Also, do the balloons/fish/insects during tours count towards the badges?

if you jump forward a day at a time for the course of a week to a month, the grass would grow back quickly. i’ve experienced this while TTing to move out a villager, at the end of three weeks the town looks like it’s in springtime.

if you want grass deterioration, run as often as you can then save and quit more than once. playing in real time to run around, then saving and quitting makes the grass wear down faster. i always switch through all my residents and make sure they run each time. the grass wore out in a week.

i think this will be the mayor’s winter outfit, i’m getting attached to it. his legs will freeze in the snow but that’s ok.
also, having a town with dirt paths makes me dread winter and the future grass it’ll bring. we should be allowed to drink 10+ coffees so the characters become hyper enough to destroy grass just by running.

hiya, thanks for the fanmail!
i was really bad with colour when i first started drawing, i learned a lot from my workplace. as long as you keep drawing and trying out new palettes, you’ll get used to them over time. artwise, i still have a lot to learn.
